The facility is owned by the Town of Seagrove and leased for a variety of purposes.

Community Center

When the Potter folks are not having a festival this space will be available to the community for a variety of activities including sports, entertainment, receptions, etc.

Town Hall

Offices, lobby, and conference room, plus a 2000 Sq.Ft. town hall meeting space.  Because the space had been unoccupied for 3 years without power significant clean up and mold remediation was required.  Demolition of half the offices is creating space for the meeting hall.

Assembly Hall

Phase 2 will be Connected to the Community Center so the combined space can handle up to 90 booths in approximately 20,000 Sq.Ft. with even more expansion expansion available of another 10,000 Sq.Ft. for larger events.

Office area includes space for evidence, interrogation, and central operations.  Parking is also available for police vehicles both outside and inside.

Easily accessible for seniors to get together for a variety of enriching activities.
